Problems among Malaysian Footballers & bestway of training & prevent injuries

Group Members :Nas ,Zizan,Zuhari & Alif

Reason choosing topic : The reasons why we choose this topic because we notice that most of
people we meet know how to play football but they did not know how to
prevent themselves from injury and how to get the best way of training.
They also are not aware or take serious about their safety or phisically
injured while playing football. As we know, our Malaysian footballers win
the biggest match against Indonesia in Sea Games. So,we think this is the
suitable time to explain how to prevent injuries and get the right ways
of training as a footballers.

Purpose : The aim & purpose why we choose this topic because we want everybody know the
risk and injury that they might get while playing football.Eventhough ,football is the
fovourite sport in our country but we still need to know how to prevent injury. The
problem that malaysian footballers face can be use as an example for us to get the
right way of training for us .Hopefully,we can explain and inform to others about
how to prevent injuries and stay fit with the right ways of training.

  2. dear all the group members, well done guys! its such an interesting topic. everyone just keep in watching the match but they did not realize what was happen in the situation itself. when it comes to injury to one of the player,, they kept blaming the other party. by telling others about the importance about preventing injury can make they think that to be one of the successful football player gives a lot of sacrifices especially to their body.they might get hurt and it can effect their whole life too. this choice of topic can make it clear.so,all the best to all of u! :)

  3. first of all, thanks a lot zizan because posting our dst discription.. I agree with hanisa because whenever we watch football match, the only things that we care about is when our malaysian striker are going to score goal or win that match. we never care about the preoblems or injury that they need to deal with. As a footballers, they need to deal with a lot of things to get back on the field. If the player are injured, they need to take a long time to recover from that injury. a football player need to know how to get the best way of training and prevent themselves from injured. If we are injured, we also need to know how to deal with our injury. Hopefully by choosing this topic, our group can spread to the public how to get the best way of training and prevent ourselves from injured.. sports is the best way to get fit but not injury...

  6. This is a really interesting topic. Like I've discussed with Nas and Zizan in class before this, in Malaysia sportsmen and sportswomen are only praised and adored and loved by Malaysians when they bring back the Gold Medal. But what about if they DON'T?

I still remember when Datuk Nicole Ann David, our super talented squash princess lost a game after winning golds consecutively and becoming world champions for quite some time, most Malaysians was mad and sad and disappointed with her, for the Love of God! She worked so hard, and this is how people repay her? -.-

Zizan also informed me that sports-people who are injured are usually replaced by someone new and we will most probably never hear from them again.

his injuries of course but the more important is when he get injured they pay a lot to make sure he can play again.... it sounds like very determination in our Malaysian footballers team.....keep it up....ok ^_^
